Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage commercial insurance claims from inception to resolution, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather necessary documentation, and liaise with policyholders, third parties, and legal counsel.
- Assess claim validity and liability, calculate appropriate settlements, and negotiate with claimants and adjusters.
- Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records of all claim activities, communications, and decisions within the claims management system.
- Provide empathetic and professional communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters and other internal departments to review policies and identify potential risks or discrepancies.
- Identify and report on trends or issues that may impact claims severity or frequency.
- Ensure timely and fair resolution of claims while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in insurance claims processing, with a focus on commercial insurance preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and claims procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Manila City, Metro Manila.
