We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Executive to join our Direct & Japanese Corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our client portfolio while leveraging your expertise in insurance and fluency in Japanese to serve a key segment of our business.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, responsible for managing a diverse book of direct clients and Japanese corporate accounts. You will develop and execute strategies to deepen relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver risk management solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Your deep understanding of the Japanese corporate culture and language will be essential in building trust and driving success.
As a Senior Executive, you will collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand relationships with direct clients and Japanese corporate accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Drive new business development by identifying opportunities and presenting MSIG's product offerings.
- Responsible for underwriting, risk assessment, and pricing of insurance policies for the assigned portfolio.
- Coordinate with claims and operations teams to ensure smooth policy administration and claims handling.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports on portfolio performance and market trends for management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance, preferably in corporate or commercial lines.
- Proficiency in Japanese language (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with Japanese corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, underwriting, and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling direct and corporate client portfolios.
- Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., LIA, BCP, PGI) are an advantage.
