Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement of shells and other raw materials from external mills and suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with external vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and production teams to align procurement schedules with business demands.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain disruptions or quality issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast requirements to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or key account management within the agribusiness or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and supplier reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
