- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Semarang region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing commercial team through coaching and performance management
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through market analysis and client outreach
- Manage key client accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor KPIs and report on commercial performance to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of commercial/sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in B2B sales within logistics, shipping, or maritime industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
