Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing department to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies, including pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key client relationships to ensure high customer retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee contract negotiations and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quarterly business reviews, performance reports, and forecasts for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and financial reports.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
