Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving revenue growth in the beauty and personal care industry? Putera Mahkota Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to spearhead the commercial strategy for our prestigious brands, K18 and ghd. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end revenue generation across diverse channels, including Ecommerce, Modern Trade, Salon, and the rapidly growing Live Commerce sector. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who can leverage market insights to lead retail partnership growth and maximize profitability.
As the Commercial Manager, you will act as the guardian of our commercial performance, translating business objectives into actionable strategies that drive market share and brand loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales funnel, manage key accounts, and develop innovative commercial solutions that resonate with our diverse customer base. Tanggung Jawab
- Own and drive total revenue growth across Ecommerce, Modern Trade, Salon, and Live Commerce channels.
- Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to expand retail partnerships and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key account relationships and negotiate strategic agreements with retail partners.
- Lead the development and execution of Live Commerce strategies to boost online engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of commercial initiatives with brand positioning.
- Monitor P&L performance and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the FMCG or Beauty/Luxury Goods sector.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue across multiple sales channels (Ecommerce, Retail, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key retail partners.
- Experience in Live Commerce or Social Commerce is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; excellent communication and presentation skills.
