Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sales growth and profitability for the fashion division.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on category performance, sales velocity, and inventory turnover to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with buying, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end pricing strategies and markdown optimizations to balance inventory levels with margin health.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure Matahari remains a market leader in the fashion sector.
- Oversee departmental KPIs and prepare detailed financial reports for senior leadership to track performance against budgets.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities to expand product assortment and enhance customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial management, merchandising, or retail strategy within the fashion/apparel industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain operations and stock management systems.
