Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Business Development role within the logistics and transport industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding, and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
