Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for offshore and onshore equipment projects to drive profitability and business growth.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and mitigated risks.
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including bid preparation, pricing, and commercial evaluation.
- Oversee commercial project performance, including cost control, margin analysis, and reporting to senior management.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including joint venture partners and regulatory bodies.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the ASEAN region to support expansion goals.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and international trade regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to commercial analysts and junior team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial management role within the offshore/onshore oil & gas, mining, or heavy equipment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex, high-value contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement practices, and international trade (Incoterms).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in the Southeast Asian market is highly advantageous.
- Must be willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur and travel regionally as required.
