Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming digital inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Manage and monitor the lead pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed and conversion rates are optimized.
- Provide direct operational support to the founder in daily business activities and strategic projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities within the company CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on commercial performance, lead quality, and operational bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital channel engagement and brand perception.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Strong command of both Indonesian and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle high-level founder communications effectively.
