In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our cloud business by ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage critical functions such as billing management, supplier reconciliation, operational reporting, and the coordination of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our cloud services division.
Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Operations Executive, you will be the central operational liaison between Sales, Finance, and Cloud Engineering. Your daily work will involve managing cloud subscription lifecycles, resolving billing discrepancies, generating insightful reports for management, and working closely with vendors to reconcile accounts. You will identify process gaps and implement improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency across the board. Your ability to manage data and collaborate across teams will be essential to your success in this role.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end billing process for cloud services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cloud operations and service delivery workflows.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure revenue assurance and cost optimization.
- Handle cloud subscription management and customer lifecycle operations.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive automation within commercial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial operations, business support, or finance operations.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
