- Optimize distribution channels and manage end-user relationships across the SE Asian Region
- Analyze commercial data to identify growth opportunities and process improvement areas
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop and execute commercial strategies for distributors
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for regional stakeholders
- Resolve commercial escalations and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance logistics and inventory management
- Support new market entry planning and distributor onboarding initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or distribution management
- Proven track record in end-user relationship management and B2B sales support
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools
- Excellent communication abilities with cross-cultural collaboration experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix organization
