Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate order acceptance and timely fulfillment.
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies, quotations, and discount structures.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct detailed cost and margin analysis to support commercial decision-making and ensure profitability.
- Manage contract negotiation, execution, and administration to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
- Establish and maintain robust internal process controls and SOPs for commercial operations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align commercial objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial management, order management, or sales operations, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and perform cost-benefit analysis.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, tender management, and pricing strategy.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
