GSK is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Quality Executive for a 1-year fixed-term contract based in our Petaling Jaya office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our quality operations remain at the forefront of excellence, directly impacting patient safety and product integrity across the region.
As a Commercial Quality Executive, you will provide essential support to the Local Operating Company (LOC) Quality Manager. Your primary focus will be the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring that all commercial operations align seamlessly with GSK’s global policies and local Malaysian regulations. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the LOC Quality Manager in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with local regulatory requirements and GSK internal quality policies.
- Conduct regular internal audits and self-inspections to identify areas for process improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end product complaint process, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Assist in the oversight of Third-Party Oversight (TPO) for quality-related logistics and distribution activities.
- Monitor and report on Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Support product recall activities and coordination with relevant health authorities if necessary.
- Coordinate quality training programs for commercial staff to ensure high levels of compliance awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Proven experience in maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) and handling regulatory audits.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under a fixed-term contract in a fast-paced corporate environment.
