Are you an experienced Commercial Risk Manager looking to make a strategic impact in the critical energy and infrastructure sector? Adecco is seeking a dynamic professional to lead our risk management initiatives in the growing data center and energy infrastructure markets.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial risks that impact project viability and profitability. You will develop robust risk management frameworks and insurance strategies tailored to complex infrastructure environments. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes projects, ensuring business continuity while fostering a culture of risk awareness across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial risk management strategies specific to energy infrastructure and data center projects.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential threats to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage and negotiate complex insurance programs, including general liability, property, and professional liability.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks affecting the energy and data center sectors.
- Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to draft and review contracts for risk mitigation.
- Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, and analysis to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all business units adhere to established corporate risk policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial risk management within the energy, infrastructure, or data center sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of energy generation, transmission, and data center facility operations.
- Professional certifications such as ARM (Associate in Risk Management) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in contract review, insurance placement, and claims management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
