- Drive B2B sales of commercial lighting solutions to businesses across Singapore
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting and effective closing techniques
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring client satisfaction

- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in commercial/construction industries
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for client site visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
