Micro-Star International (MSI) is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Executive (B2B/B2G) to join our expanding team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our premium laptop and computing solutions within the corporate and government sectors. You will leverage your expertise to build long-term partnerships, navigate complex tender processes, and position MSI as the preferred technology provider for large-scale enterprise and public sector deployments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate B2B and B2G market segments.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate procurement departments and government agencies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present professional sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales, preferably within the consumer electronics or IT hardware industry.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and navigating public sector procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian IT market landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel as required and maintain a high level of professional integrity.
