In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, focusing heavily on the Chinese market. Given the company's strategic direction, fluency in Mandarin or Chinese is a critical requirement. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the management team to analyze market trends, develop sales proposals, and ensure high client satisfaction. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chinese market.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Report sales performance, progress, and insights to management regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Chinese (Native or near-native level is preferred).
- Proven experience in commercial sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
