As a Commercial Sales Senior Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Central and Eastern Visayas region. Your expertise in sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Central and Eastern Visayas region
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage and maintain existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, including performance metrics and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional activities
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Central and Eastern Visayas market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle is an advantage
