Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients in the South Luzon region.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil and gas or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and formulate effective sales strategies.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven work ethic.
