In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our production facility and our key clients in Japan and Taiwan.
You will be responsible for end-to-end commercial operations, ensuring that our cutting-edge IoT solutions reach our clients seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture customer accounts within the Japan and Taiwan markets to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee the entire order processing lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Perform accurate demand planning and forecasting to align production schedules with market needs.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely shipments.
- Prepare and analyze commercial reports, tracking performance metrics against regional KPIs.
- Provide proactive communication to clients regarding order status, technical inquiries, and lead times.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal commercial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or account management.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is highly preferred to support specific target markets.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume order processing and complex logistics coordination.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-functional team synergy.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.
