Travira Air is a premier aviation service provider, and we are currently looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Commercial Staff to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key player in our commercial operations, you will act as a vital bridge between our aviation services and our valued clients. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, long-lasting professional relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining administrative workflows, coordinating cross-departmental communication, and ensuring that our clients receive the high-level service that Travira Air is known for. We are looking for someone who is not just an administrator, but an ambassador for our brand, capable of handling complex logistics with a positive and solution-driven mindset.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support commercial operations and departmental efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with professionalism and speed.
- Coordinate seamlessly across internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Technical) to fulfill client requirements.
- Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and service reports with high attention to detail.
- Monitor service delivery timelines and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize client databases to ensure accurate documentation and history tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and data analysis for commercial management reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory due to the nature of our international clientele.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer support, or commercial role (aviation background is a significant plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
