Masmindo Dwiarea is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Commercial Superintendent to oversee and optimize our commercial operations within the Mining, Natural Resources, and Energy sector. This pivotal role focuses on contract administration, pricing support, and seamless coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency and operational smoothness.
You will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing expert insights that support business growth in the dynamic Jakarta-based environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all commercial contract administration processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Develop and provide strategic pricing support and cost analysis for projects and ongoing operations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to recommend adjustments to commercial strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed commercial reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and contractors to secure favorable outcomes.
- Identify risks within commercial agreements and implement mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a commercial or contracts management role within the Mining or Energy industry.
- Proven expertise in contract law, negotiation tactics, and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- Experience working in a matrix organization or complex project environments.
