Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Provide comprehensive operational support for sales and marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and assisting with reporting.
- Coordinate and facilitate trade logistics, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
- Monitor, track, and report on budget utilization for various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular analytical reports and presentations, offering insights into sales trends, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Australian sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide proactive support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within commercial operations.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required to support the overall business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a commercial support, sales operations, marketing operations, or data analyst role.
- Proven proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong data management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with international teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience supporting Australian clients or working within an Australian market context is a significant advantage.
