Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, draft, and submit high-quality commercial tenders and proposals aligned with client requirements
- Analyze tender specifications, evaluate risks, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, technical) to gather accurate bid information
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions with clients and vendors
- Maintain tender documentation databases and track bid submission deadlines
- Present proposals to stakeholders and address technical or commercial queries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial tendering, sales support, or procurement
- Proven track record in preparing winning tender documents and proposals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex requirements
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software
- Knowledge of Malaysian commercial regulations and procurement processes
