As the Commercial Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process. You will act as the primary bridge between the sales team and technical operations, ensuring that all commercial proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations. Your work will directly contribute to winning new contracts and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the engineering sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and interpret Request for Quotations (RFQs) and tenders to understand client requirements and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, including detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies, and terms and conditions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, technical, and project management teams to gather accurate data for cost breakdowns.
- Ensure all tender documentation is fully compliant with company policies and strict client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop competitive and profitable offers.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of all tender activities, tracking status, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve commercial queries and finalize submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in tender management, commercial support, or sales operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create accurate financial models.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
