As a Commis 1, you will work under the direct supervision of experienced chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and portion food ingredients in accordance with established recipes and kitchen standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following HACCP and safety guidelines.
- Assist senior chefs in daily mise-en-place and kitchen service operations.
- Ensure that all food production is handled with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor food stocks and inventory levels, notifying the Chef de Partie of any shortages.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Participate in regular kitchen briefings and training sessions to improve technical skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis or relevant culinary training.
- Strong foundational knowledge of professional cooking techniques and food safety.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
- Strong commitment to upholding the high standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc.
- Culinary degree or a vocational certificate in Food Preparation is highly desirable.
