Nirvana Life is seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis to join our dynamic culinary team in the heart of Badung, Bali. As a Commis, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection and presented with excellence. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences, and we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to quality and culinary artistry.
In this position, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and plating according to standard recipes. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.

- Assist in stock rotation and inventory management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Commis or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Possession of a strong passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
