- Prepare and present cold station items including salads, sandwiches, canapés, and chilled desserts
- Assist Pantry Chef in daily operations including inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Support buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown procedures
- Contribute to menu development and recipe refinement
- Train junior staff on pantry protocols and presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Culinary school certificate or equivalent hospitality training
- Minimum 1 year experience in pantry or cold kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- Proficiency in knife skills and cold food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
