Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in daily food preparation tasks.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the restaurant's high-quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following strict HACCP and food safety protocols.
- Assist in the proper storage and rotation of inventory and ingredients to minimize waste.
- Execute basic cooking techniques including chopping, sautéing, and blanching.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in regular kitchen briefings and training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or a culinary school graduate.
- Strong passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn new techniques.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
