Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Perform basic food preparation tasks including chopping, peeling, and basic sauce preparation.
- Manage stock rotation and assist with inventory control to minimize wastage.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly labeled.
- Support the kitchen brigade during busy service periods to ensure efficient workflow.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or a hospitality school qualification.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to follow instructions from senior staff.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
