Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Perform basic food preparation tasks including chopping, peeling, and basic sauce preparation.
  • Manage stock rotation and assist with inventory control to minimize wastage.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly labeled.
  • Support the kitchen brigade during busy service periods to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or a hospitality school qualification.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to follow instructions from senior staff.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
