Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service, including vegetables, sauces, and doughs.
  • Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization at your workstation (mise-en-place).
  • Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards.
  • Assist in the inventory management and storage of kitchen supplies and raw ingredients.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to Pizza Medira's standardized recipes and plating guides.
  • Participate in kitchen training and professional development sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment or a formal culinary qualification is an advantage but not strictly required for motivated beginners.
  • Strong passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to learn technical cooking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
