Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily mise-en-place and food preparation tasks.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen work area in compliance with HACCP and local health regulations.
  • Support kitchen operations during peak service hours, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Properly store, label, and manage ingredients to minimize food waste and manage costs.
  • Collaborate with the broader culinary team to execute daily specials and seasonal menu changes.
  • Perform equipment checks and ensure tools are maintained in good working order.
  • Continuously learn and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward improving culinary techniques.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment (resort, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Certificate in Culinary Arts or related vocational training is an added advantage.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong plus.
