Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily preparation and production of menu items.
  • Ensure that all food preparation stations are kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Accurately measure and prepare ingredients for recipes according to established specifications.
  • Maintain proper storage and labeling of all food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Support the kitchen brigade during service hours to ensure timely food delivery.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order and report any maintenance needs.
  • Participate in regular kitchen briefings and training sessions to improve culinary skills.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or similar hospitality environment.
  • Strong passion for cooking and a genuine desire to learn from experienced chefs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP).
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
