In this role, you will be an integral part of our culinary operations, working alongside experienced chefs to deliver high-quality, authentic dishes to our guests.

As a Commis Chef, you will learn the foundations of professional kitchen management, food safety standards, and advanced culinary techniques. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, prepared to the highest standard, and stored correctly according to food safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen workspace at all times.
  • Assist in the cooking and plating of dishes according to restaurant SOPs.
  • Manage inventory and support in receiving and stocking deliveries.
  • Participate in periodic kitchen training sessions to upgrade culinary skills.
  • Ensure efficient workflow during peak operational hours to support the kitchen team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment.
  • Possess a relevant certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for the culinary arts.
