As a Commis, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our high-quality dishes are prepared with precision, consistency, and flair.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the senior kitchen team in daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
- Execute cooking tasks for brunch, lunch, and dinner services according to standardized recipes.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's high standards before service.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, including refrigerators and storage zones.
- Monitor ingredient levels and report stock requirements to the Head Chef.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and ensure proper maintenance of tools.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or similar hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification from a culinary school or hospitality vocational program is a plus.
