Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and plate high-quality dishes according to hotel standards and executive chef directives.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
  • Monitor food stock levels and ensure ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform routine cleaning of tools and surfaces.
  • Support the kitchen team during high-traffic service periods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to menu development and suggest creative ideas for seasonal specials.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar culinary role within a hotel or restaurant.
  • Vocational diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
