Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and labeled according to food safety protocols.
  • Execute plating techniques consistently according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels of assigned sections and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Support kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure timely food delivery.
  • Adhere strictly to personal hygiene and HACCP guidelines at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant, café, or hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Possess a genuine passion for cooking and a commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards.
  • Ability to work well within a team and handle the fast-paced nature of a commercial kitchen.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Certification in Food Handling or relevant culinary education is highly preferred.
