Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in daily food preparation and mise-en-place activities.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and labeled in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality for all dishes.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of any shortages or low-stock items.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in a professional kitchen environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a diverse team.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A positive attitude, discipline, and a strong desire to learn and develop culinary skills.
