Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare high-quality ingredients according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas, including refrigeration and storage.
- Support the team during peak service hours to ensure smooth and efficient food flow.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP) strictly.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and rotating stock efficiently.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new cooking techniques and contribute to menu development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Deep commitment to food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Professional certification in Culinary Arts or related hospitality field is a strong plus.
