Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and cooking operations.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow recipes and portioning guidelines strictly to ensure food consistency.
- Prepare ingredients, wash vegetables, and chop items accurately as per requirements.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized after use.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to management promptly.
- Adhere to strict food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations is preferred.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, precision, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take instructions from senior chefs.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is a plus but not mandatory.
