Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and food service.
- Prepare ingredients and cooking items according to standard recipes and plating guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the workstation.
- Assist in the plating of dishes to ensure visual appeal and presentation quality.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations strictly at all times.
- Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and inform management of shortages.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen flow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- A strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new culinary techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
