Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily food preparation and mise-en-place for the menu.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared, washed, and chopped according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP).
- Monitor stock levels and report any ingredient shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Execute cooking tasks as instructed, ensuring consistency in food flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Assist in the receiving and proper storage of kitchen inventory/deliveries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Culinary Arts or relevant hospitality certification.
- Previous experience as a Commis or kitchen trainee is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a proactive learning mindset.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good physical stamina for standing and working in a kitchen environment.
