As a Commis, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly, delivering high-quality food to our customers while maintaining strict adherence to our standards.
In this role, you will work closely with our experienced culinary team to prepare dishes, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute food preparation tasks according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all dishes are cooked and plated in a timely manner, respecting kitchen flow and service speed.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and storage organization.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP) within the kitchen area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership regarding ingredient needs and equipment status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent culinary certification.
- Proven experience as a Commis or Kitchen Assistant is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic culinary techniques and food preparation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Disciplined, organized, and physically fit to handle demanding kitchen shifts.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
