Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring high standards of visual presentation.
- Prepare mise en place and ingredients for the kitchen brigade according to the daily schedule.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen area at all times.
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and special events.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to the management team.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment according to strict health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specifically within Western cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and plating standards.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items safely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new culinary skills.
