Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and cooking of various Italian dishes according to the menu and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in strict accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Execute mise en place tasks efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen workflow during service.
  • Support the culinary team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to minimize food waste and manage costs effectively.
  • Assist in the daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking areas.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a fine dining or Italian restaurant setting.
  • Strong passion for Italian cuisine and a willingness to learn traditional cooking techniques.
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of culinary fundamentals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during peak service hours.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Culinary certification or apprenticeship completion is a plus but not mandatory.
