Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in the preparation and cooking of menu items, specifically churros and tapas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Portion and plate food items according to the restaurant's presentation standards and recipes.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Follow culinary techniques and recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Learn and master traditional Spanish pastry and tapas techniques under supervision.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
- A strong passion for cooking and a commitment to high-quality food presentation.
