As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for supporting the senior chefs in daily food preparation, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and ensuring the smooth flow of service during peak hours. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily preparation and production of food items according to established recipes.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard of presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the requisition of fresh ingredients.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery during busy shifts.
- Support senior kitchen staff with culinary projects and menu execution.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Formal culinary certification or equivalent vocational training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be a reliable, hands-on, and proactive team player.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
