Tanggung Jawab
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Learn and master various cooking techniques and menu items
- Handle basic inventory management and waste reduction
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
