Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality deli items according to Deli by Kita's recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh, fast, and consistently delicious.
- Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service during peak hours.
- Help with receiving and properly storing daily food deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Chef of any shortages or quality issues.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef, Prep Cook, or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen or deli.
- Strong passion for food, specifically fresh and simple deli-style cuisine.
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali (specifically near the Uluwatu area).
